My journey into the world of telecom began in 1993. At the time, I was an inside sales manager for a small manufacturing company south of Kansas City. One day, a field sales representative handed me a brochure from a company reselling long-distance services. As I looked through it, I thought to myself, ``I can sell that.`` Just six months later, I was working for Sprint and loving every moment of it. Now, 30 years later, I’ve had the privilege of working with small and medium-sized businesses in the Kansas City area, as well as some of the largest companies in the nation, selling services and equipment nationwide. Starting Dial 1 Communications has always been a dream of mine—owning a phone company and providing exceptional service to businesses.
